CONSTRUCTION RENOVATIONS, ALTERATIONS AND REPAIRS

PCM has an established procedure to manage and track numerous simultaneous projects, jobs / task orders. Our Division Administrator is the Point of Contact with the Issuing Office. He will conduct and coordinate the initial response to the task order requirements (Site visits, conferences, meetings, etc.). The PCM Management Team determines scope of work, design, plan & accomplishment, and cost development followed by submittal of the proposal to its issuing office.

Upon award of a task order to PCM, our Division Administrator will notify, coordinate and implement requirements with the PCM Management Team, subcontractors, vendors & suppliers to begin the requirements per contract plans and specifications.

Our personnel is responsible for contributing, communicating, managing and utilizing information used to track all projects simultaneously through the efforts of on-site personnel, the PCM home office workforce, subcontractors and suppliers. Our tracking system includes utilization and communications of all documentation as required and set forth in the contract.

In addition to our information tracking system, a member of the Management Team will conduct on-site visits for hands-on review and evaluation of project progress and site conditions. PCM holds weekly review meetings to establish and ensure project progress in terms of schedule, quality of work and progress relative to budget.

PCM currently has government contracts as both prime and subcontractor for renovations, repairs and alterations at military installations for the Army Corps of Engineers, at VAFB, CA; Department of the Navy at NAWS, Pt. Mugu, CA.; NBVC, Port Hueneme, CA. and the US Air Force, VAFB, CA.
